Our Team

Claudia Rios

General Manager

Hello, I am Claudia Rios. I came to Haven Fitness Center after spending some time working in Physical Therapy. I hold an Associates in Kinesiology and have been in the fitness industry for almost 8 years. My passion is movement, any and all forms of movement. Whether you’re into walking, cycling, yoga or lifting I encourage it all!! Be good to yourself and praise yourself for the progress, no matter how small!! I look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to Our Haven.

My name is Francisco Serrato! I have my Bachelor’s degree In Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from California State University, San Bernardino. I have 3 years of experience working in a Physical Therapy clinic as an aide and over 20 years’ experience as an athlete in football and soccer. Having a torn hamstring and torn ligament in my ankle showed me the importance of what fitness can do for the body. I live an active lifestyle that includes playing soccer competitively on my free time and working towards coaching youth soccer again. As a personal trainer my objective is to teach lessons I’ve learned along the way to improve your fitness and let you know that you can overcome anything you set your mind to.

Stacie Hedges

Project Manager

Hi, I’m Stacie Hedges. I come to Haven with a background in Project Management for specialty retail and luxury resorts. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Retailing and Consumer Sciences from the University of Arizona. I have collaborated with small businesses, franchises, and corporations over the last fifteen years. I spent the last ten years working out with personal trainers, in group classes and hiking. Then I joined Haven and quickly fell in love with the core values and beliefs as they are in line with my own. I love creating a welcoming environment for all and am excited to be a part of the Haven family.

Hannah Hill

Nutrition Coach

Hey! I’m so happy you’re here. My name is Hannah and I am a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer. I’m also working on a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition to be an RDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist). If you’re feeling overwhelmed and frustrated with nutrition information — You’re not alone. My goal as a coach is to properly fuel your activities, eliminate rigidity around eating, and achieve a peaceful relationship with food and your body. In my free time I enjoy going to concerts, hiking, and camping.

Jesse Courtney

My name is Jesse Courtney. I’m an Ace Certified Personal trainer. Primarily focusing on strength training, I value giving everyone a better understanding on how to train. After tearing my ACL, the process of healing helped me learn a lot about fitness as a whole. I began to understand a lot of issues and misconceptions that are taught in all parts of fitness. Teaching the truth became a goal of mine and it led me to becoming a trainer. My own fitness goals currently consist of powerlifting and the plan to compete at some point , but I’m mainly looking forward to seeing all of you participating in our classes at Haven Training Center and becoming a better version of yourself.
